THE ORDERING PROCESS ...

Meeting in person is not necessary, all communications can be done over email or by phone if we choose that is our best option. Payments are made through Paypal. You don't need an account to pay with them.

Email or phone me with the details of the photo card you need. All my announcements are custom designed just for you. But if you see something you like I can re-create it for you or incorporate specific elements you especially like.

Email your photos to ekduverna@shawcable.com I recommend using pictures with a resolution of at least 1600 x 1200 pixels. You may send me as many pictures as you like. The more the better so that I can choose the best ones. Let me know if you want any of these photos edited, or converted to black and white.

Email me with all the birth information: Baby name, date, time, weight, length, proud family members and any other information you would like placed on your announcement.

You receive a proof within three business days (Monday - Friday).

Look over your proof and email me with any changes. I will continue to edit your proof until you absolutely love it. Remember, you don't pay for anything until you are completely satisfied with your design.

When your design is perfect, you will have 2 options:
1. I send you an invoice for the design only through paypal. Once payment is recieved, I move foward according to what we previously agreed to (ex. Email, Shipping, Delivery or Pickup). This gives you the option to print yourself or share online. You can print the cards just about anywhere: Staples, Walmart, Blacks Photography ect - anywhere that prints pictures.
2. I will get them printed for you at a print shop that I use, and you recieve the special affiliate discount I recieve. I will send you an invoice through paypal with the total amount for the design and print. Once payment is recieved, I move foward according to what we previously agreed to (ex. Shipping, Delivery or Pickup). You also receive the jpg version with this option on disc or via email - which ever you choose.
Please note: Some finished designs I choose to use in my gallery - if your design in chosen then I remove your names (or baby’s name for the announcements) for your privacy.
